Standard Research & Report Assignments:
Research & Administrative Tasks – Hourly Rate: $50 per hour
Research & Administrative Tasks – Daily Rate: 8 Hours @ $40 per hour

Open Ended Assignments:
Part-Time Staff – Weekly Package 20: 20 Hours @ $30 per hour
Full-Time Staff – Weekly Package 40: 40 Hours @ $25 per hour

All work performed is based on our understanding of your goals and a visual inspection of the property and related documents. Your actual costs, for materials or services, may vary if additional work is required to remain compliant with existing building codes, construction techniques, and safety guidelines. All services are backed with a 3 month warranty from time of completion.

Any and all outstanding balances are due upon completion of your project. We accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and all major debit and credit cards without a service charge.
